Martin and his team at MSR plumbing recently refurbished my mother’s bathroom. The whole team went beyond their service and customer care policy from the initial estimation to the final finish. The team including joiners, sparks, tilers and plumbers all worked in a seamless rotation and the job was headache free. Their finish was second to none, in terms of quality and tradesman ship. Martin even gave a demonstration to my mother, of how the new bathroom actually worked. Couldn’t recommend this company more highly, including their competitive pricing.
We have just had our bathroom fitted by MSR Plumbing and Heating Service. I engaged this company because the owner showed himself to be knowledgeable and understood the work that needed to be carried out better than we did.

Marty and his Team at MSR completed the work on our bathroom in March 2023. This entailed a complete refurbishment, stripping out the old bathroom and installing the new fixtures and fittings, new tiles throughout and repositioning the plumbing for the new units.
We have been absolutely delighted with the folks at MSR throughout the whole process. Marty is a gentleman and a man of his word. All the work was done in a timely manner and done exactly on schedule.
Most of all the quality of standard of the bathroom has exceeded our expectations. We are very impressed with the finished job and transformation the guys have made to the bathroom. The tiling is also to an impeccable standard and we give high praise to the guys for a fantastic result on the tiling!
